ABOUT
As a medical doctor and researcher, Mohammad Hossein is interested in clinical and translational aspects of neuroscience research. His PhD project is focused on diagnostic and prognostic factors of persistent post-concussive syndrome (PPCS) in patients with mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI). His research aims to improve outcomes in patients with traumatic brain injury through identifying complications, proper diagnosis and early therapeutic interventions. He is also interested to uncover the mechanisms behind disorders of consciousness and recovery of patients.
Beside his research activities at Coma Science Group, Mohammad Hossein dedicates a notable time for his passion about teaching and research. He teaches methodology, study design and scientific writing as well as other necessary research skills for interested students and junior researchers.
