Donations over €40 made to ULiège give rise, for individuals, to a tax reduction of 45% of the amount paid, provided that the following conditions are met:
The donation must be made to an approved institution, of which ULiège is one (art. 145/33, §1 of the CIR92).
Each donation must amount to a minimum of €40 per year per beneficiary institution and must be the subject of a donation receipt (this document is sent to you automatically by ULiège).
Total donations may not exceed 10% of all declared net income.
In order to be able to issue the tax certificate, we must have the donor's full and exact details.
