ABOUT
An engineer with over 6 years of experience in the field of computational neuroscience, he has a background in telecommunications and signal processing, which he has been able to apply to electroencephalographic recordings from patients with schizophrenia, mild cognitive impairment and dementia due to Alzheimer’s disease. His post-doctoral research is focused on the development of whole-brain models to provide insights and aid in the diagnosis of disorders of consciousness and other states of altered conscience. In addition, he is also interested in studying the fast dynamics of brain networks and the emergence of repeating states of connectivity.
